Have Spots On Body Especially On Thighs And Butt. Had Pimples, Disappeared And Left Spots.

am 33yrs and have a problem of spots on my body especially the thighs and the butt,they came as a result of small pimples that dissapeared and left the spots , have tried all sort of medicine but only ligtens the body and the spots remains black, by the way am black from zambia , any help plse doc, gone to hospitals it has failed what can i
use?

Hhi spots on buttocks and thigh can be tinea corporis.it starts as pimples and spreads to black patches over the thighs .and buttocks.use of atarax 25 mg at night.antifungal terbinafine 250 mg daily once and apication of sebifin ointment and use of short course of antibiotics if it is secondary infection
