1)i have gr. 1 spondylolistesis since 4yrs. now days its becoming difficult walk for more than 500mtrs. tingling effect in left leg is more than in right leg. pain radiating to abdomen parts 2) i had less pain in the neck and midback last four years. since last two months a iam getting head ache , left hand tingling effect and face , eye, ear side tingling effect . i will get pain if i sleep facing chest up side . if i sleep by side posture blood clotting in buttocks region happen , there will be little sense , after i change postue it will be fine. many doctors suggested for TLIF surgery..
