Have Soreness Under And On Tongue, Throat Pain, Feel Something While Swallowing, Enlarged Lymph Nodes

i feel like some sore under my tongue about long time now,also it is getting spread to tongue now. soem pain in the throat and lymphnodes measuring 1.5 to 2.5. if i touch the area behind tonsils under tongue it has lot of sore. no pain while eating. but always a feeling of something in the back when i swallow saliva and its pressed by my tongue.

Hello,
You must consult your ENT specialist as you need to get done a Flexible laryngoscopy to see the functional aspect and the anatomic part if affected.
You have not said your age?
Anyways examination is required.
you must also take care that that you do not have acidity ,heart burn as it may irritate the throat and cause such symptoms.
If you do have acidity then take---
Antacid tablet
Syp. antacid gel 2 tsf two times a day half an hour before meals
multivitamin twice daily
Keep head end of bed elevated.
Avoid alcohol, Smoking
Do brisk walking daily
Go for walk after dinner
Avoid spicy food     
Avoid late night coffee
follow up after 7 days.
