Have Soreness In The Leg Due To A Fall

Hello,
6 days ago I slipped outside and my right leg (below my knee) slammed into some loose rocks. It was very sore. I applied ice and elevated it which helped.

I find it is sore in the area that was injured (below knee) and sometimes it feels like it stings (just sometimes).

Do I have to worry that it's a fracture? Or should it just heal with time?

Without any doubt you should get x ray knee with leg done to rule out any fracture.
Besides this till you get your x ray you should walk non weight bearing on affected leg.
If it is not a fracture you need not to worry just apply ice over it for a week still.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
