Have Soreness And Tired. Had A Hit On Head By A Metal Pole. No Medication Now. What To Do?

The tip of a curved metal pole hit me on the side of the head about six hours ago. I've mostly felt fine since, but have had some slight discomfort/soreness. I have also felt a bit tired and just now started to feel a little sick to my stomach. Nothing has felt major, but I have been worried and am not sure if it's anxiety.

Hello,

The site of injury(head) is very significant.
In many cases it may not have immediate effect.
This is called Lucid interval.
In this time frame patient feels normal and he continues with his normal routine.
Suddenly he may develop head injury related problems.
That is why in all head injury cases observation is required.
