Hi,
If you have not seen your period and if you are regular with it and do not use any contraceptive, you should get a blood pregnancy test to exclude/confirm pregnancy. For the breast discomfort, you need a support, vitamin supplements, anti-prostaglandin medications and follow up. Please increase the intake of liquids and get a urinalysis to see if there is any infection. You need to see a physician to treat the pains you have. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
