Have Sore Breast, Acidity, Frequent Urination, Bloated Stomach. Have Been Trying To Conceive. Can This Be Pregnancy?

I am trying to conceive. I am 3 days past my expected periods date. I had very light bleeding, only noticeable after wiping with tissue paper(unusual dark red color) in the middle of my cycle which lasted for 3 days. I have sore breast, acidity, frequent urination, feel dehydrated, sometimes nauseated, sensitive to few smells,bloated stomach, suffering from gas problem, some times pulling pain on both sides in lower stomach and sudden weight gain since last week. I did a pregnancy test yesterday, which came out to be negative.
Please advise, could I be pregnant? If yes, when should I take next home pregnancy test? If not, what could be the prognosis basis these symptoms

Test of home pregnancy tests comes positive after 7 days of period ( late).
As there was implant bleeding , sore stomach with gas, bloated stomach,tender breast ,sensitive to smells , frequent urination , all are an indication of pregnancy , so get a home pregnancy test as noted above.
First be optimistic and if you are not pregnant then consult a physician and get his treatment for tension & hyper acidity.
