Have Sore Back. When Fart It Is Better. Stomach Has Cramps. Tests Are Normal. IBS Suggested. No Diet Change. Suggestions?

really sore lower back when i fart it gets better... i have had ongoing stomach pains/ cramps all over in different places mainly low down or left side or right side my dr has done all the tests he can think of and cant find anything wrong says its IBS but I dont think it is that as I have tried different diets which has rulled this out

Hi, it appears to be the amoebic colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, worms in the intestine, anxiety etc.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe albendazole, ofloxacin, ornidazole, omeprazole, and domperidone.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
