Have Social Anxiety. Feel A Lot Of Tension In The Neck, Face Has Spasm. Suggestions?

Hello. I have social anxiety. I used to be very outgoing and very fun... the past couple of years though I can barely go anywhere out in public. I can't eat at resturants, or speak infront of a crowd. I feel a lot of tension in my neck and feel like my face will have some kind of a muscle spasm. I don't know what to do...Can you help?

social anxiety disorder, you consult your psychiatrist fro the treatmaent, For social anxiety disorder, the most effective treatment currently available is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Medication may also be used to help ease the symptoms of social anxiety disorder so that CBT is more effective. Drugs may also be used alone.

Counseling to improve self-esteem and social skills, as well as relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing, may also help a person deal with social anxiety disorder.
