I am Rocky,i am now 25 years old still i have a small penis of size about 1 or 1.5 inches but my testicles are big as compared to others.What should i do sir now,can i get a good normal penis like my friends have.I mastuburate a lot from when i was 12 age,is it the reason for this problem ?is it curable or not ??

thank you for reaching out for advice with your problem and concern . it does not have anything to do with masturbation and yes it could be cured. if its 1 inch when its flaccid then you need to measure it when its fully erect, if its 1 inch when its fully erect then you have to consult a plastic surgeon or a urologist with your issue , they have various surgical techniques to correct penis deformities.
