Have small bump underneath chin. Getting headache with dizziness. Any possible problem?

I felt a small bump just underneath my chin 3 weeks ago, and it is still there but it seems to have gotten smaller and so I am unconcerned. But since then I have been feeling dizziness accompanied by headaches that seem to happen nearly every evening. Now in the past week I have been feeling queasy and some fatigue ...Any guesses as to what my possible problem might be?

Neurologist 's  Response
i am a neurologist and my opinion is as follows
Note that the cause of headache in a given indiviual can be due to many causes and it varies from brain infection, tumor, problem in the blood vessels of brain, migrain, tension headache and so on. One has to establish the cause and treat it accordingly in the current practice of medicine. I advise you to get a CT scan of the head to rule out these possibility. If these causes are ruled you may benefit with a course of analgesics or amitryptiline
Hope this clarifies
