Have Sinusitis And Nasal Deviation. No Running Nose. When Sleeping Nose Blocks. Create Snoor. Now Taste Blood, Tiny Blood. Treatment?

Hello doctor my age Is 28 I have sinusitis and nasal deviation. I don't have running nose but. When I sleep my nose will block I will take breath from my mouth which create big snoor. From couple of weeks I blood taste in back of nose in goes through throte and when sneeze today I got tiny blood from my nose and the feel off blood taste in back of nose

DNS can cause sinusitis, sleep apnoea, snoring and early morning post nasal drip..
If the symptoms are severe and almost perennial medical treatment may no the sufficient and you have to go for surgical treatment like septoplasty...
