Have Shoulder Sprain, No Swelling Or Bruising, Pain To Rotate. Can Expired Bengay Be Used?
Can I use bengay that has expired? Im a 17 year old female. I think I have a shoulder sprain which i did to myself by accident, i was stretching. It expired in 2010. If not, is there something else I can do to help it heal? There is no swelling or bruising, but upward and backward rotation is painful. Shoulder has been feeling tight/achy most nights for the past month, stretching usually helps but I think I took it too far. Thank you!

Any chemical agent which expired must not be taken in to use, may some time gives dangerous results, better buy new one, any local muscle relaxant will work nicely freely available on counter. hope this will help you, Have nice day.
