Have Shoulder Pain, Arm Pain, Arm Numbness, Pins And Needles In Hand, Loss Of Strength In Arm, Thing Pain
I have shoulder pain in both shoulders burning pain had it for long time am on lots of pain killers but they just take the egde off I also have pain down one arm with numbness and tingling pins and needles in the same hand and loss of strength same arm also loss orr feeling in opposite leg with sharp stabbing pains in thigh and sore lower back xrays show nothing

As X-rays are normal in your case,MRI of neck and lumbar spine should be done.
MRI is the investigation of choice for detecting nerve status.
Treatment should be started after proper clinical examination and investigation report.
Treatment can be either physiotherapy or surgery depending upon findings.
