Have Shoulder And Neck Pain. Feeling Weak, Exhausted, Gaining Weight. Had Hysterectomy

I am always so taird, weak exhausted, someday not enough energy to get out of be, my head hurts all the time my neck and shoulder on the right side has shape electric pain and shoulder hurt and sore, I can t sleep at night I hardly ever get sleep. If I get around anyone sick in any way I get it. I m 50 I have had a hysterectomy 18 years ago I have felt this way all my live I go to the doctor all the time but they just give me more pill I have gain 70 in one year I have bee about 130 all my life I m 5 7 but now I m over 200 lbs I hate me, please help

As you have a H/o of hysterectomy 18 yrs back, please have check for BMD( bone mineral density). DEXA is the gold standard.
Dont lose heart you need to work out. Reduce your weight. Exercise is the best medicine.
Regarding your neck pain adn shoulder pain. You need to watch your neck posture and rule out for any disc disease. You must do the right exercise if its the disc and correct your posture with postural exercises.
