Have Shih Tzu, Eating Food Only If Hand Feed, Drinks Water, Feel Constipated. C?

i have a shitzu who is not eating her food but is drinking her water . she will only eat if i hand feed her and it is chicken but even with that she needs to be coaxed but once she takes a tast she will eat it all, this i find abnormal with her since she is always around the table looking for food and chicken is her favorit, she seems to be constipated but im not sure if it because she is not eating

Hi...sorry but this is not a vetinary forum...better show your dog to a vet...he is the better person for this
