Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query
I will try to help you

However from the query, I am uncertain as to how long you have had these symptoms.
Now supposing you have had these symptoms ever since the hematoma, it is obviously due to the old injury. And therefore I wont worry.

However, if the symptoms are new, and were not present in between after recovery from the hematoma, I would certainky worry. That could mean that you have a fresh episode of stroke.

In any case, I would suggest testing a fresh MRI. This in comparison with the old neuradioimaging can give a more complete answer to your question. The comparison is important so that one can know if any new area is involved

I have given you the answer to the maximum considering the information provided. The results of the tests could further enhance my answer to you.

Please do understand that some details could be extracted from a detailed history and examination.

Please feel free to ask another query. I would be glad to help you. Looking forward to your return query with the details asked so that I can help you further.
(If the answer has helped you, please indicate this)
Best of luck.
