Now supposing you have had these symptoms ever since the hematoma, it is obviously due to the old injury. And therefore I wont worry. However, if the symptoms are new, and were not present in between after recovery from the hematoma, I would certainky worry. That could mean that you have a fresh episode of stroke. In any case, I would suggest testing a fresh MRI. This in comparison with the old neuradioimaging can give a more complete answer to your question. The comparison is important so that one can know if any new area is involved I have given you the answer to the maximum considering the information provided.
