Hi amber,
Thanks for writing to us.
To treat acne, use salicylic acid based face wash like saslic and apply clindamycin adapalene gel like deriva CMS gel. If acne is of mild grade, it would subside with this treatment. If it persists consult a doctor to start oral anti acne drugs.
There could be many causes for hair fall like stress, illness, nutritional cause, anemia, hormonal or genetic factors. To treat the same first the underlying cause has to be ruled out which can be done with clinical history and hair analysis. Take a good nutritious diet rich in proteins, green leafy vegetables, salads, fruits, nuts etc.
Take care

Hi Amber,

Please relax...
Hairloss and Acne are very common problems faced by any teenager. Do you have any other health problems? If you could provide some more details about your problems it would be helpful to prescribe a remedy for you.
Meanwhile, you can start with healthy eating habits. Avoid junk , choclates, pastries, fatty food, unhealthy, oily, spicy food. Increase intake in vegetables, grains will help you improve your skin and hair. Carrot, Almonds, Cucumber should be consumed on a daily basis. Oil your hair once a week atleast and wash with warm water, not too hot.
