hi ur semen analysis indicates the motility of the sperms is abnormal and there is clear cut infection by seeing the pus cells present in the semen.the count is normal as the normal range is 20-60 millions per ml.
motility of the sperms can be increased by using evion lc tablets and the infection can be controlled by using broad spectrum antibiotic twice daily for 5-7 days
