Have Scleroderma, Severe Intestitinal Lung Disease.Treatment?
Many years ago my rheumatologist determined that I have scleroderma because my fingers will turn blue white and red in the cold and it will take 20 to 25 min. Later I was diagnosed with severe interstiti al lung disease. Presently I am not seeing a rheumatologist or a pulmonologist but I have. My previous rheumatologist gave me six months supply of medication. I use Celebrex on a daily for the inflammation to help me breath easily. I discover that about 2 years ago. I need medication that will take care of inflammation that is caused by my auto immune order

If you have an interstitial lung disease then celebrex is not going to work for it. It is good for rheumatological pain however for the autoimmune process that is causing the ILD, you need to start steroids in a dose of 10 mg daily.
You can also start azathioprine 50 mg twice daily but it will be good to start steroids as they will also have a beneficial effect on your rheumatoid aryhritis
