These lesions like grapes could have various etiologies form viral to bacterial. Associated lymph
nodes means there is an inflammatory process around this area. What you describe as grapes ,might actually reflect the clinical implication any way.
This could be herpes
or some other infections (Hemophilus Ducreyi). Clinical evaluation with appropriate blood tests could be of great help in making and exact diagnosis and drawing an appropriate management plan.
Inappropriate treatment could lead to persistence of disease, resistance and complications.
