Have Runny Nose, Sweat, Headaches. What Medication Can I Take?

Hi, my boyfriend yesterday started to feel sick with a runny nose then later last night he woke up numerous times drenched in sweat, he also had a little bit of a headache. He says he doesnt feel horrible enough to go to the hospital just bad enough to want to stay in bed all day. Is there any over the counter medicine i should get for him to feel better or any remedies? Please help if you can!

Hi--he may have the flu and is running a fever. Zinc supplements that can be gotten over the counter can help if he starts them right away and he should take Tylenol or Motrin at night
