Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query.
From your description these sound like symptoms of an infection of the respiratory tract
or specifically of the oral cavity. An infection of the oral cavity most commonly seen in individuals after oral contact with sexual organs is gingivitis
(inflammation of the gums).
If this is indeed an infection or just gingivitis which could get complicated with an infection, I advise you to please visit a doctor, get yourself diagnosed and start on a course of antibiotics, which will be sufficient to treat this infection. Before this, an analysis of your sputum (if produced) will greatly assist in a diagnosis as well as to find the most suitable medication to tackle your condition.
During the visit to the doctor, get yourself inspected for any signs of a sexually transmitted disease
