Have Runny Itchy Nose While Waking Up. Happens After Cleaning House. How To Avoid This?

Hi For the past few months i have been getting a runny itchy nose when i wake up in the morning once a week. This usually occurs right before i start cleaning house or using a vaccum cleaner. Symptoms usually take 24hrs to clear. Is there anything i can buy over the counter to avoid this from happening? I live in australia.

hi, thanks for using HCM..
you are having sneezing, itchey nose in the mornings, especially in the morning..
you could be having allergic rhinitis..
you can take mast cell spabilizers and antihistaminics.. see your physician for this..
apart from this use face mask when you work in the dust, do pranayama...
see your pulmonalogist for the desensitization..

Hi,
It seems that you might be having allergic rhinitis giving you this problem.
Take some anti-histamin like Cetrizine or Levo-cetrizine tablet at night before going to bed.
If require you can put some decongestant nasal drops.
Ok and take care.
