Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello, Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that affects any synovial joint in the body. In your case, possibly the temporomandibular joint might have been involved with the disease process leading to tightness in the jaw & chin. You should get an xray for your T.M joint to confirm the radiological diagnosis. There is no way but to use DMARDS ( disease modifying antirheumatic drugs) for the rest of your life. Good luck
