Have Red Flat Spots On Thighs, Pressing Fades, Overweight. Weight Cause?

Hello, for the past few years I have noticed red flat spots on my upper thighs. These spots are not raised, nor do they itch and they fade when pressed. I am 25 years old, and I am 70 pounds overweight. I'm not sure if this is due to my weight and the fact that my thighs rub together or it's another cause. Thanks in advance!

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
You very correctly mentioned the cause.
Definitely it can be due to rubbing of inner thighs.
just apply some powder.
This will absorb moisture as well as prevent development of fungal infections

Let me know if you have any other doubt.
