Hey Doc., So I am a female and about two weeks ago I noticed a red, pimple-like dot around my pubic area. I am sexually active and have been with multiple different men. The red pimple has gotten bigger and sticks out more. I stopped shaving for awhile thinking it might be an in-grown hair but I don t think so it is, I have never had issues in the past with shaving or in-grown hairs. Tonight I shaved again and noticed white pus coming out of it. I tried to squeeze all the pus out but there is still a white dot in the middle of the bigger dot that I can t seem to get out. Could this be an STD? and if not what is it?
