Have recurring nausea, fatigue, loss of energy and sleep problem. What might be causing this?

Hi! i have recurring nausea , fatigue , loss of energy, not in the mood to anything, sleep problems and tired all the time? Besides that i have abnormal moodswings, and can go from happy to sad in 2 sec. Its starting to worry me. What might cause this? I m too afraid to go to my own doctor about it so i thought i could ask here. Thanks!

The symptoms you are suggesting could be due to depression and and you surely need to meet your psychiatrist as he would need a few more details from you.
