Have Purple Bruise With White Spot And Hard Lump After Falling. What Is It?
my son just fell off the couch onto the hardwood floor... and instantly got a purple bruise on his forearm just below his elbow.... there is a white spot in the center of the bruise, and hwen i touch it, he says it hurts and i feel a hard lump in the middle. any idea of what that could be?

it can be hematoma ie formation of blood clot or hematoma
the white spot can be due to infection or pressure effect
it can be muscle tear fascial injury or fracture
need to consult the ortho doctor to find the exact cause by investigations and treat accordingly
