sir i am bapi suffering from prostate infection more than 1.5 years.I have burning sensation during ejaculation .i had all exam OK including kub &prostate ultrasonography but much pus cell in my semen analysis .i consult a urologist doctor,he gave me zanocine 400 mg tablet for four weeks then he advised me to take 1 tryptomer 25 mg tablet at night.i also continue it for more than one year on my doctor s advise but unto now i fell pain during urinate and mild burning sensation and mild back pain.what should i do now? please give me a suitable advice.i am in a trouble now.i had urin R|E & M|E & C|S EXAM NIL and also mild testicular pain back side of the testis.even now a days i take tryptomer 25 mg tablet and it cured me 50% well but can not cured me completely.till now i have problem of passing urin freely and i fell pain inside during passing urine.once urinating starts then it appears normally but at the first time urinating it does not start freely. after a severel attempts it starts normally. please give me suggession sir.
