Urologist 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
Most likely this is chronic prostatitis.
If so, there may not be a cure.
This is not a dreadful condition or cancer but gives trouble on and off.
Things that would help ARE
1. Antibiotics for at least one month.
2. Regular sex or masturbation.
3. Stool softeners.
4. Anti- anxiety agents.
5. Muscle relaxants.
Kindly follow with your doc and get well soon,
Regards
