Have Problem Of Gastro, Stool Movement Irregular, Abdomen Pain, IBS

Sir, i have a problem of gastro is that, my stool movement is irregular since 2 yr. But last 3 month i hav a problm of abdomel pain in left side. I am taking a treatment in BOKARO GENERAL HOSPITAL since 7 mnths and the docters declares that i am suffering from IBS . But my observation is saying to me that i am not suffering from it, among of several symptoms of IBS i hav only one which id irregular movement of stool 4-6 times a day. Whenever i am taking a medice which name is SPASRIL ( CLIDINIUM BROMIDE & CHLORDIAZEPOXIDE ) which was suggested by dr. I feel quite good. Sir giv me a reply plz by the help of which i might take trearment.

The medication prescribed is good for IBS. IBS presents in many different ways and symptoms vary from patient to patient.One thing that should be ruled out is malabsorption syndrome by colonoscopy
