Have Pre-dialysis CKD. Taking Baclofen. Have Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Tremors. Due To Medicine?
I am a pre dialysis Ckd person. I have been in a care facility recovering from pelvic fractures. I am being treated with Baclofen 10 mg/3x daily for 3 weeks. I have been experiencing nausea, vomiting, bloating, tremors, pulsing and buzzing in my head as well as frequent zapping sensations and sounds. also There is a twitching in my fingers and extremities. I also have had scary episodes of sudden drowsiness an vivid wakeful dreams that seem likeee reality. Last week I went for 4days without being able to eat. During this time I did not take meds.
Questions: Could my symptoms relate to the Baclofen? If so which ones? What are the chances of reversal? Given that withdrawing must be done slowly, what are the consequences of the rapid withdrawl during the days I did not take it due to nauea? What are the safe time and dosage withdrawal methods recommended?

Only the vomiting and blaoating can be said to because of medicine but other symptoms are not related with medicine for other your complain it is functional,you better go for Renal function test if the level of blood urea increases then this could led to such symptoms. you did not wrote for what you have been put on Baclofan. Have good day
