Have Polyps In Nose. Have Asthma. Prescribed Naproxen. Face And Eyes Feels Swollen And Painful. Suggestions?

I was given Naproxen but probably should not have been. I have polyps in my nose, have asthma and am being treated for high blood pressure with valsartan. My face face and eyes got very painful and swollen, I got ulcers on the roof of my mouth, I had difficulty swallowing and was very tired. I was wondering if Naproxen could have also given me an ulcer in my vagina.

Thanks for your question,

As you have nasal polyp, asthma and allergic to NSAID drugs means you are a case of sammter's triad

So better to avoid NSAIDS like drugs for life time.

Consult to ENT specialist and get examined

Till then take steroidal nasal spray and anti allergic drug like montelukast n fexofenadin.

Avoid allergens

Many thanks n take care
bye.
