Have Pneumonia, Water In Lungs, Difficulty Breathing. On Ventilator. X-ray Shows Water In Chest

Respected Sir,

My Grandmother Aged 70 is on Ventilator. She Suffered Pneumonia and her lungs carried water but now after 6 days she just cannot breath out Carbon dioxide but can breath in oxgen. during past 10 days it occured many times that she was put on & off on Ventilator. i have all the carried reports which are normal & Xray of chest which showed water.

Sounds like she either has congestive heart failure or she has ARDS (adult respiratory distress syndrome). These are the most likely causes of her having breathing difficulties with the chest x-ray findings.
