Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. What you are suffering are not acne or eczema etc. From your description it appears that they are boils of resistant infection. There could be associated eczema also if it is black and with out a boil it could be eczema.
Because you are suffering so long i advise you to consult a dermatologist, for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to get culture and sensitivity of the pus ejected from the boils along with other routine tests for confermation.
Besides i advise you to follow some non medical measures to prevent recurrance of the infection. Maintain hygene of the skin, by washing face several times with non oily soap, or with water alone. Loose dresses, of cotton.
I also advise you to follow some diet recommendations as avoid taking pulses, potato and other tubers, andfish as these are believed to increase the pus formation.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, fruits juices, milk, egg, and meat to increase the resistance ond blood to improve resistance.
Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
