Have Pimples On Buttocks. Feeling Nausea And Getting Loose Stools. Genital Herpes?

Ok im 20 years old male i have pimples/boils (i dont know) on my butttocks and above my pubic area below my belly butt.. i feel slight nausea and my stool has been wet but i think its because of stuff ive eaten lately. The boils have pain to them some of them have drained ive used alcohol and peroxide to clean them i do not believe its genital herpes i hope not but all the research ive done i believ its either a staph infection or genital herpes please help

Thanks for the query.

Herpes does not present as pimples.

It presents as water filled lesions.

You might have developed furuncles.

These are deep bacterial infections.

Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
