Have Periods With Pinkish Discharge, Experiencing Back Pain And Stomach Cramps. Suggestion?

Hi i have had my period for a lil over 3 weeks and it has been light but a reddish brown color and sometimes it the normal pinkish red color. im on the pill but i have also been experiencing back pain and stomach cramps but not bad cramps. i wanna no if this is something i should be conserned about or if i should call my doctor asap. thanks!
