Have Painful Spot Behind Anus. Is It Pilonidal Abscess?

I think I have a pilonidal abscess . I had a painful spot behind the anus with this white dot (i can t really see, but i just saw the white). The spot was painful a day or two a few days ago but i think the abcess drained when i was in the shower because it s not longer painful but I do still have this white spot. Can i use a general triple antibiotic cream or do I need prescribed antibiotics for treatment of this?

Hello.
Peri anal area is a common site for abscess. And as you correctly mentioned even pilonidal sinus is a possibility. Please meet a surgeon
