Have Painful Lumps On The Nipple. Burns, Hurts, Swells. Not Sexually Active. Hot, Fatigued, Body Aches. Problem?
Hi I have a hard painful lump about the size of a quarter underneath my right nipple. It burns and hurts and swells. I have had it for 2 full days now and it seems to be staying the same maybe orogressing. I am a 16 year old girl, not sexually active, and am 'due' for my period soon but my periods are very unpredictable and can be months late. I also feel hot and fatigued, weary, tired and my body aches. What is wrong with me??

Hi,
It seems that you might be having some boil or some soft tissue infection of areola.
It might be due to something bite or irritation of bra.
Consult your Gynaec and get your both breasts examine thoroughly for having any other lump in your breasts.
Nothing to worry, with a course of antibiotic you will be alright.
Irregularity of period is common at this puberty age.
Ok and take care.
