I must agree it might be embarrassing at times. But remember a proper management shall demand on an appropriate diagnosis. Around the vagina we have glands called the Skene
s glands and the Bartholin
s glands. These glands are those generally affected by common infections or other common inflammatory reactions. a simple physical examination by your doctor shall appreciate the gland affected, the nature of the lesion and certainly direct the management.
I suggest you visit your family care physician for a proper evaluation and management.
