Have Painful And Swollen Clitoris And Labial Lips After Rough Oral Intercourse. Right Medication?

I had rough oral intercourse about two hours ago and now my whole clitoris and labial lips are very swollen. I am very uncomfortable and this has never happened to me before. I just want it to go away I can't even walk normally because it's so swollen and it is painful. I am using a nice pack and taking ibuprofen for the inflammation but I can't go to work like this! Please help I've never experienced this before!
