Hello,

Yes gallbladder stones do cause pain on right side under the ribs and they are also associated with pain and gas. But as per your description it is more likely that you have a stomach bug because of which you are suffering from loose stools, pain and bloating. You need to avoid taking milk or any oily/spicy food. Take very light meals and drink plenty of water. Since you have been suffering since 6 days it would be a good idea to visit a doctor as if it was to subside on its own than it would have by now. You may need antibiotics as ciprofloxacin+tinidazole.

Wishing you a speedy recovery

Regards
Dr. Gaurav
