General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, the causes of the pain over the clavicle, may be arthritis of the shoulder joint, cervical spondillosis, or may be a local infection, or injury.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon, for diagnosis.
I to my patient with such pain prescribe neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and some N.S.A.I.D. for relief till it is diagnosed.
Thank you.
