Hi there,
Thank you for posting your question. I will do my best to help you

After going throught the query and information provided from your end ,I would like to opine as below
- Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) is a blood test that can reveal inflammatory activity in your body and is not a stand-alone diagnostic tool,
- it may help to diagnose or monitor the progress of an inflammatory disease
Test is most often used if suspecting the below :
•     Giant cell arteritis
•     Polymyalgia rheumatica
•     Rheumatoid arthritis
In your case , RA factor is also negative But rheumatoid factor may be detected in some healthy people, and people with autoimmune diseases sometimes have normal levels of rheumatoid factor.

ESR may also be can be elevated in Infections .However, as you have mentioned that all tests are normal is good news .
Suggestion is that Exercise, relaxation and stress-reduction measures may help.
Improve your Physical well being -if over weight ,reduce your weight.
If still persisting, kindly consult a rheumatologist
I hope that I have answered your questions fully and been of some help. If you have anymore questions please contact me again anytime
Regards,
Dr.Sushma
