Have Pain In The Right Side Of Stomach And Heart Beat Was Fast

ive been having a pain in the right side of my stomach for a while it started to only hurt when i walked but now it comes and goes, im am 15 and also this morning i had what felt like high blood pressure to my heart and my heartbeat was fast i almost blacked out

as per your saying it seems to be milder issue.problem of heart symptom seems to be due to anxiety and pain in abdomen most probably either gastritis or muscular.please visit to practioner for proper examination and to rule out rare serious causes which may appears in this form.
