Have Pain In Rib Cage, Shortness Of Breath And Hard To Sleep. Cure?
I have had a pain in my left ribcage for several months now, is uncomfortable when sitting and laying, almost feels like something is out of place. Have had shortness of breath for a while also, takes me ages to catch my breath and makes it hard to sleep. I have also gained just under a stone since December and have not changed my diet or exercise routine. I am 28 year old female and currently weigh 9st 11lbs

You should get an X ray chest PA view to rule out any pathology in the lower part of the lung.Ultrasound abdomen should also to be taken for any left kidney disease.
If you have a stone in the kidney,then you have to take medicine for the dissolution of it.
Take muscle relaxant and do breathing exercises.
If you come back with the above latest test results, i will clarify further.
