Have Pain In Neck, Shoulders, Around Lungs And Chest. Can This Be A Lung Cancer?

i have constant pain in my neck and shoulders. sometimes the pain is lower around where my lungs are. i also have a really tickly cough that just comes on and i cough so much i could vomit but it comes on really quickly. im also getting the odd pain the middle of my chest and sometimes a shooting pain in my chest and in my left arm. have convinced myself have lung cancer.

Thanks for your query,
lung cancer may be painful if it is in advanced stage and involves chest wall, spine, pleura, nerve roots etc.
pain radiating to left arm, jaws and neck can be anginal pain which needs an ECG.
Otherwise it can be due to lung or chest wall pathology.
I wish if you could go for chest x-ray and ECG as preliminary check ups...
