Have Pain In Left Chest, Shoulder And Abdomen. Chances Of Any Heart Disease?

Dear Doctor, Last whole night I felt the pain in my left shoulder and left side chest and Also there was a pain in my right side abdomen above the thigh from last few days but not felt last night, Is it a symptom of any heart problem Below are figures of my health screening test report : Cholesterol - 230 Blood Pressure : 130 / 99

Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a Cardiologist.

Following investigations will be helpful in knowing whether your pain is cardiac in origin :-
1. ECG.
2. Thyroid profile.
3. Full lipid profile.
4. Cardiac enzymes.

Your blood pressure is also raised and needs medical attention.

Medical management can be planned according to your clinical evaluation and reports of the investigations.
