It is possible that you are suffering from plantar fasciosis.
Plantar fasciosis results from continuous trauma to the plantar
fascia through excessive pressure, use of inappropriate shoes,
long distant walking etc.
You should avoid shoes with heels and avoid shoes that have tapered
front end. Go for shoes that are flat, with your toes resting freely without
being extended or bend.
Some pain killers would help. I usually give my patients paracetamol
