Hi there ~

I am glad you want to get rid of your addiction. It is a very important step in getting yourself on the right path. I am glad you made this decision and want to applaud you for that. You would best benefit from seeing a qualified psychiatrist in your area, who would also suggest that you undergo therapy with him.

I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day !

Cardiologist Dr. Anantharamakrishnan's  Response
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You need to go to proper de-addiction centre.
Detoxification followed by counselling (with some help from drugs at times) is necessary
Social an peer support are necessary.
Self medication doesn't help.
You have the motivation - seek help.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
